For Homeowners

We’re an online marketplace that matches homeowners with vetted local contractors for renovation, repair and maintenance projects. Post your project once, review quotes and profiles, then hire the pro that best fits your needs.

All contractors undergo identity verification, trade-license checks (where applicable), and customer-review screening. Only those who meet our quality criteria can bid on projects.

Anything from small handyman tasks (leaky pipes) to full remodels (kitchen, bathroom, additions) and speciality services (solar, roofing, landscaping, pools, etc.).

Most homeowners receive 3–5 quotes within 48 hours, depending on project size and location.

Compare profiles, ratings, past project photos and detailed quotes. You can also chat or schedule a call through the platform before awarding the job.

Absolutely. Once the job is closed you’ll be prompted to rate workmanship, communication and punctuality. Your feedback helps maintain the quality of our community.

We share only what’s necessary for contractors to quote (first name, city/suburb, project details). See our Privacy Policy for full data-handling info.

For Contractors

Click For Contractors, complete the profile form we'll get in touch with you reguarding your application. Applications are handled within 2 to 5 business days

Creating a profile is free. We charge a small lead fee each time you accept a homeowner’s invitation to quote, plus a success fee (4 – 8 %) on projects you win.

Valid ID, proof of address, trade license (or registration), and public liability insurance certificate.

Keep your profile 100 % complete, upload high-quality “before & after” photos, respond quickly to leads and maintain high review ratings.

You’ll receive project invitations in your dashboard. Review scope, ask clarifying questions in chat, then submit a detailed, line-item quote.

Yes. Until the homeowner accepts, you can revise pricing or scope. After acceptance, changes must be agreed via a formal variation request.

If cancellation occurs before work starts, no success fee is charged and only unused lead fees are refunded. Once work begins, any refund depends on contract terms and evidence of costs incurred.

Higher star ratings and prompt responses improve your visibility and increase your chances of receiving invites.
